Do you mean practical like amphibious? I am sensing that you are an avid wader who often finds yourself ankle-deep in a puddle. Or maybe you mean practical in the way that Crocs are practical for children (at least that’s what my friends with kids say). Perhaps youre opposed to wearing leather, or just like the lower price of jelly shoes.
Whatever the case, spring’s jelly sandals cover all of your concerns and aesthetically have never looked so good.
A lot of designer brands are doing jelly sandals this season. My favorite style is the crystal-encrusted slip-ons from Stuart Weitzman. They are a clear plastic with sparkly silver jewels at the toe and would look amazing with a breezy, white summer dress or rolled-up jeans, a t-shirt and great necklace. At $158 they’re significantly cheaper than a leather sandal from the designer, and should you find yourself faced with a puddle or impromptu aquatic adventure – you’re not only equipped, you’ll look cute too.
